碩士 / 中華大學 / 營建管理研究所 / 92 / The economic development and technology advancement cause the building industry become much complicate and huge day by day. This situation also makes the related people and affairs much popular. In order to successfully accomplish the construction project, we need a better management tool to help engineers in current age. “ Construction Project Management (PM) ” is a good scheme to solve above problem. The market in PRC has been open to the foreign world, as well as Taiwan and China has joined WTO, urge the construction industry to investment in China’s market.
In the past ten years, the investment of Taiwan’s construction industry at China’s construction markets do have some successful samples, such as Tang-Cheng Inc., however, we still have to admit that most of the investors have suffered the failure. The major reason for this condition could be due to the construction staffs do not familiar with China’s construction related laws. It will make some irrecoverable mistakes at every stage of construction project and cause the failure for the investment.
The related researches in Taiwan are mostly focus on the acquirement of territory, however, the related study such as project management, planning, design, and bidding are still at beginning stage. This is the reason that “The comparison of construction project management between Taiwan and China ” wi11 be aimed at management system for construction industry to analyze for law, business range and operation procedures. The analysis results will provide a good reference for to reduce mistakes and make profit for Taiwan’s construction industries.
