However, a failure assignment will result a heavy lost both on company cost and employee’ carrier development. We believe job involvement. Leader ship style is the bridge between organization structure and employee’s aptitude. In other words, we try to discover the relation on leader ship style, organization recognition and job involvement.
The study tries to establish the relation as shown below.
1.International management in personnel assignment.
2.The effect of organization recognition and leader ship style on job involvement.
3.The management practice among the variable in order to enhance management performance.
