Study on e-business Collaboration Management System for Mid-small sized Shipyards / 中小型船廠電子化協同合作管理系統建置之研究

碩士 / 國立成功大學 / 系統及船舶機電工程學系碩博士班 / 92 / Today, enterprises face the competitive environment which is highly uncertain and changing rapidly. It’s the enterprises’ goal to rely the sharing of the resource and management to achieve the function of collaboration and to become an organization which is in possession of elasticity, speed, and integration. Under E-business’ collaboration, utilizations of some software systems to integrate application soft wares, traditional information systems etc. in shipyards’ internal have formed a new kind of operation mode of value chain and also a current trend for shipyards in the competitive era.
The shipbuilding industry is very different from the others, during the construction process of a ship, more often than not, at the same phase, in a cramped space crowded with various workers who strive for the working space with each other, meanwhile unceasingly causing the mutual interference and conflict in the material resource, manpower deployment, implements, working space, and even work flow. So how to employ the project scheduling to integrate all shipyards’ resources it’s become a prerequisite already to possess the niche during the competition in variable shipbuilding environments.
In this research, we see the concept of “collaboration” in the mid-small sized shipyard, by defining the standard of “Collaborative Project Management Software, CPMS”, and providing ten kinds of functional modules to help teams enable to manage projects dispersing to many places.
We take “YITI Industrial Shipbuilding Corp” for a example; it is set a series of the collaborative project management system according to the building’s actual requirements to integrate the systems of the shipbuilding, and then to drawing the reports of programs through Visual Studio.NET Crystal Reports. I hope that this research can provide the manager immediate information as soon as possible to analyze, judge, and improve shipyards’ competition.
