In 1895 Taiwan become a Japanese colony, the policy protection use in Taiwan too and let Taiwanese maritime successful into Southern Eastern Asia in 1910-1920's. In 1930's Along Japanese prepare to war, a newer Southern Policy was planned and maritime was a important part in that plan. 1936 Taiwanese Development Company(TDC) was started, as soon as TDC invest in maritime emprise for three companies and formation a owned itself maritime organization to supply Japanese military-industrial complex. But during the WW2, Japanese and Taiwanese maritime system and TDC maritime emprise was destroyed by U.S force of all.
