The high-tech product life cycle is short; there is high time sensitive degree. How to reduce the cost and raise high-efficiency, have been the subject that the high-tech company pay attention to. During the process of sending, how to make product safe to arrive and have no the harm product, is also what can't ignore in the high-tech product.
In relate the research of the choice factor of carrying, mostly put in the sea transportation or express delivery industries, this research will give to carry choice factor application in the high-tech industry, not only can make the service quality that high-tech industry make a point of give the quantity to turn, also can make of give to carry chooses the behavior of the factor to study more complete.
This research use Structural Equation Modeling to construction inquires the factor that the high-tech industry in logistics physical distribution service quality. Study to show that the reliability and deliver time are most valued of, and the rate of goods lose and the deliver personnel's quality is also a factor that without to ignore. Product characteristic for the factor valued is to have the very difference; future the researcher can take into the thorough study.
