碩士 / 樹德科技大學 / 經營管理研究所 / 92 / The environmental protection issue is very important in recent years, how to reduce the waste of resources, and let resources to be continuous recycled, all the questions that enterprises should pay attention to. From literature review, the factors that influenced the reverse logistic activities and reverse logistics performance is seldom, and lack the integrated empirical research. Therefore, this study tries to answer the question included: 1. The measures that enterprise practiced reverse logistic activities. 2. The factors influence the reverse logistic activities. 3. The factors impact on reverse logistic performance.
In the aspects of reverse logistic activities, this study will consult Higginson and Libby (1997) and Stock (1998) to define the reverse logistic activities; In the aspects of influencing factors of the reverse logistic activities, this study will combine the task environment factor of Carter and Ellram (1998) and the resource commitment factor of Daugherty, Autry and Ellinger (2001); In the aspects of reverse logistic performance, this study will consult reverse logistic results of Daugherty, Myers, and Glenn(2002) and reverse logistic program objectives of Daugherty, Autry and Ellinger (2001), that can induce to the measure index of the reverse logistic performance.
This study adopts questionnaire to investigate the information retail store on resource recovery point in Taiwan. There are 491 questionnaires to be mailed, and with total 97 valid ones, so the valid response rate is 19.8%. By correlation analysis, the results find: (1) Task environment and resource commitment have significant positive influenced reverse logistic activities; (2) Reverse logistics activities and resource commitment have significant positive influenced reverse logistic performance. By multiple regression analysis, the results find: (1) In respect of the factors influenced on reverse logistics activities, the more influence under the suppliers and management resource commitment have, the more practices of reverse logistics activities will be taken; (2) The more the resources recall and dealing with the product classification of reverse logistics activities have, the higher reverse logistics performance have; (3) The more influence under the suppliers have, the higher reverse logistics performance have; (4) The more influence under the financial resources commitment have, the higher reverse logistics performance have. Finally, by the path analysis, the results find: (1) Government, consumer and suppliers can indirect influence reverse logistics performance through reverse logistics activities; (2) The management resource commitment and financial resources commitment can indirect influence reverse logistics performance through reverse logistics activities.
