The competition of aviation market is keener for loosing or relaxes restrains and more competitors joint. For keen competition, airline companies maintain the ability of contention to keep regular service frequency. In the future airline companies will in face of the conditions a low passenger demand and high average cost. The Airlines must improve on service quality, working efficiency and enhancing cost control to improve bearing the weight of rate and earning capacity.
This research brings up the idea of the new demand model of flight passengers. Based on the demand of the specific passenger''s guest, an inconvenience cost value experienced of result of the ticket and time restrictions of all kinds of fare that airline make and the relation of fare, this research structures a reservation cabin planning analysis model. Further the airline’s is to pursues the enterprise goal of maximizing the income. The airlines cut the open time of making a reservation of airline into a lot of decision period. By the Transport demand and corresponding probability of the tour fare products attract, in order to the every decision period and reservation cabin -figure number of the grade of every rate. Based on the cabin reserving number restriction of every fare in the airline made and the influence of making reservation passengers disappear, the airlines can determine the alternate capacity and the optimum date to making out an invoice. It influences the interdynamic important factor of two sides of supply and demand that the purpose wants to be probed into, plan in order to analyse flight guest''s location demand and carry on the reservation cabin etc., with make the rightest time of making out an invoice.
