碩士 / 東海大學 / 企業管理學系碩士班 / 92 / In 1987, Motorola used Six Sigma in its operation, and Six Sigma brought Motorola a simple and easy to use, continual improving way. In this way, Motorola can trace and compare that business achieves the performance of customers’ requirement and achieve the perfect quality goal. Later, more and more business can get benefit from applying Six Sigma by benchmarking or self-improving. However, applying Six Sigma isn’t limiting in business. We can also see Six Sigma in other fields.
This study involves in education which is seldom discussed. It selects private TUNGHAI UNIVERSITY as a research object. The research approach is to use questionnaire survey, and with reliability analysis, validity analysis, descriptive analysis, t-test, one-way ANOVA, and covariance structure analysis. The research objectives are to plan a learning quality audit system of private university, to find out key factors which affect the learning quality of TUNGHAI UNIVERSITY, and to employ Six Sigma for improving the defects of learning quality. The research conclusions are as follows:
1.The library is the most frequently used in all administrative units.
2.The satisfaction of administrative service quality of TUNGHAI UNIVERSITY is average.
3.The satisfaction of teaching quality of TUNGHAI UNIVERSITY isn’t satisfied.
4.The critical to quality of administrative service quality is service assurance.
5.The critical to quality of teaching quality is teaching ability.
6.There is significant positive correlation between all aspects of administrative service quality. There is significant positive correlation between all aspects of teaching quality, too.
