The enterprises of Taiwan receive and carry not only just simple manufacturing order but also the division of labor making and delivering order. In the future, the product that depart from Taiwan port don’t mean out of duty. It need to extend the battle line and share the responsibility and the risk for the world-class clients fabricating and delivering locally. Therefore, in the future the biggest test of Taiwan manufacturing enterprises face is that the challenge of global logistics management ability”. In the Global Logistics Management, how to design effective key performance indicators in order to control working process effectively is the key of global logistics center working effectually or ineffectually.
For this reason, the study main purpose is to probe how to design a set of effective Global Logistics Management KPI. At first, research related Global Logistics Management documents, and then to be directed against the thesis Global Logistics Management key performance considerate five aspect such as Plan、Resource、Make、Deliver、Return, than use conjoint analysis to extract each aspect KPI. In order to carry analysis effective, according to experiment design, the thesis reasonable sample numbers are 80,but actuality interview objects are those executive who ever apply for the government e-company assistant enterprises and information services consultant. Actually, the sample numbers are total 149.The result of the thesis hope to provide enterprises as the KPI when they want to put global logistics into practice.
