In the recent half-a-century, leasing owns the special functions, that are in the aspects of promoting the investment, funds congenial, product promoting sales and property managing etc., have the obvious contribution for the economic development of the West, and consider important for many countries in the world
A study case is Shanghai Golden enterprise development.
The result of this study indicates, although leasing development environment still has some little problem in the Mainland China, but the proper environment for leasing development is gradually maturity, and the developing foreground industry develops in the future, that still need government to re-establish the industry policy, accelerate and promote the related lawmaking work of lease, establish encouraging or assistant measures, bring in order and attain to improve leasing industry environment, by with promote and boost an on the decline of leasing industry, meanwhile the operators also should enhance business constitution and promote professional technical ability, face the directions of profession, internationalization and large-scale to develop, use the way of cooperating or investing with the Mainland operators, catch the developing chance of the Mainland leasing market, gradually open the leasing business.
