碩士 / 國防大學中正理工學院 / 造船工程研究所 / 93 / The reliability and availability of the machine equipment are demanded for R.O.C. Coast Guard’s vessel. Therefore, for attaining the target of the excellent performance, enhancing the management and finding abnormal condition in time are necessary in advantageous of the earlier diagnosis and prevention that have became the key point of the vessel’s operation and maintenance.
The research aims at constituting the effective improvement method to recover patrol fleet normal operation after occurring reduction gear trouble. This method is applying repetitive measurement of vibration which using Fast Fourier Transform (FFT) that proceeds signal analysis and diagnose by virtue of international vibration rules under lacking of surrounding background information, then collecting and analyzing the measurement vibration data act as the reference basis of the trouble shooting in the future. For analyzing the structure stress, the natural frequency and whose mode shape of main engine girder are to be confirmed by applying the ANSYS software which using Finite Element Method (FEM) to proceed mode shape analysis.
By investigating the existing Satellite Communication Vessel Management System (SCVMS) and combining the long term monitor function of the marine engine status, the feasibility of the long term monitor system of the marine engine status for the R.O.C Coast Guard’s vessel is established.
