碩士 / 中華大學 / 科技管理研究所 / 93 / The scope of cross-strait of which two countries respectively possessing a complicated and different structured framing systems. Although for long these uncovered conditions perceived by both authorities but need for us to probe into the key factors by means of solving currently exposed problems. The system dynamics can help us to perceive how modification of the system features and a feedback loop the identification helps us to explain the processes through which the authorities may cope with stress on organizational behavior. This paper implements a cross-strait relation factor of dynamic model to probe into the four aspects of political, economic, military, and international of which verified by demonstration and scientific viewpoint. The conclusion in this paper indicates that though the entire causal loop diagram belongs to positive feedback and receiving mainland hard core, independent movement, respective authority leaded policy, mainland’s strategy adjustment, cross-strait investment policy taken, global layout for enterprises, and investment risk etc., limiting factors of which may not unrestricted extending without any chance to help dynamically balance competitive and collective interests to construct competitive advantage. According to the entire causal loop diagram to analyze current key point of which influences cross-strait relation and through upon conclusion to propose an appropriate suggestions for future advanced research. Also, it advocates another way of thinking and route for follow-up relevant research.
