Logistics Performance Indicators and Factors for the Introduction to New Notebook Computer Products / 筆記型電腦新產品導入運籌績效與因子之探討

碩士 / 中原大學 / 工業工程研究所 / 93 / This thesis studies design for logistics (DFL) for the introduction of new products of notebook computers with the processes of packaging, storage, and delivery. In the beginning, the aspects (A) chosen for the introduction of new products of notebook computers, managerial performance indicators (P) and operating factors (F) of logistics management are needed to identify from the literature and experts. These three items (APF) are formed a hierarchical relationship, and two relationship matrices, (A-P) and (P-F), can be obtained. From the A-P matrix, the weight of each P can be obtained under the multi-aspects consideration. In addition, from the P-F matrix, using the method of technique for order performance by similarity to ideal solution (TOPSIS) the weight of each operating factor under each managerial performance indicator can be found. Moreover, we can obtain the degree of relationship for each operating factor under the consideration of multi-aspects and each managerial performance indicator. Then, using the fuzzy cluster method, we can obtain the degree of clustering for each pair of operating factors under the consideration of multi-aspects and multi-performance indicators. Finally, the multi-objective programming method is used to determine the best combination of operating factors in order to gain the higher managerial performance under the limited resources.
