Evaluation and Optimization Analysis of the No Dig Renovation Methods Apply to Sewerage System / 評估及優選免開挖翻修工法應用於污水下水道

碩士 / 逢甲大學 / 土木及水利工程所 / 93 / Sewerage is one of the competitiveness indexes to evaluate the developed countries. Sewerage construction is one of the targets of challenge 2008 for increasing the rate of sewerage collection in Taiwan. It is expected to be a new tendency for construction industry.

Because of the complicated pipelines underground construction and the aging of the pipeline, in the world trend the No Dig renovation method is introducing from outside of country. The No Dig renovation method is a high efficiency and constraint free construction method. This thesis is mainly evaluating and optimal No Dig renovation method for the sewerage construction.

Not only collecting the related information of the renovation method, but also discuss its influence factors. After settle the influence factors, we use the AHP and expert appraisal to establish overall scores points. It is a selection tool for engineer to consider the suitable method of construction.

After using the AHP in this study we found the most important factor is the quality of labor. But for the moment the authority has not yet established the certification institution. If is necessary to build up the working license system to ensure the success of the construction job in the future.

Finally the result of the evaluation we found partial repair method is the easiest method. Second one is the section renovation method. The online replacement is the most difficult one. The degree of the difficult in constructions evaluated by this study is a factor for making a reasonable budget to the sewerage project. It will benefit both the owner and the constructors.
