So Taiwan firms established the new local interpersonal bloc relationships through all kind of activities arranged by the Taiwanese chambers of commerce in Mainland China and Vietnam, position in an unofficial authority, not a firm for personally enterprise’s , just non-profit organization of The third sector. Due to the basic purpose to organize the Taiwanese chambers of commerce is to create an environment for improving the multiple functions and taking care the crew’s some troubles, We think that the Taiwanese chambers of commerce play the most important role to integrate all the opportunities and advantages owned by each overseas' Taiwanese firms. If the chambers have more coordination and integrated the members of local, then make the running will be advance and powerfully! Also build the information systems, and to make some political suggestions for investing countries.
After six times to visited the chambers,We resulted and realized that although this third sector sometimes can take over the government of mother nation, but different treatments by the two countries make the Taiwan chambers of commerce becomes influence in the governance of organizations.
Because the trend, vision, resources supplementary, partnership, experience sharing, human relationship, risk, industry technology promoted, vertical integrate, nostalgia and enterprise society citizen responsibility. Make the oversea Taiwanese investor join the chambers. This research is suggests the government to provide the Taiwanese businessman the service and the whole communication network, strengthens a chamber of commerce and the Taiwanese businessman to government's centripetal force, not only for profit but also willing to stay in country with root, that is an important subject for our government.
We praise, back up and more assistance the Taiwanese chambers of commerce in Mainland China and Vietnam replace the Diplomatic path to connect both side, let the mutually benefits its advantage for two countries economy and the interactions , how to effective guarantees the Taiwanese capital rights and interests simultaneously to promote the local prosperity, it should be a challenge for wisdom which public-private partnership of government and enterprise
