碩士 / 龍華科技大學 / 電子系碩士班 / 93 / Traditional methods for navigation in virtual environments are based on the use of guided paths pre-defind in design time, or based on the design of graphical user interface (GUI) together with the operations of mouse or keyboard for interactive navigation. In this paper, we will propose a real-time hand gesture recognition method for controlling the motions of a camera in virtual environments in order to navigate interactively.
