Rapport or conflict of the two sides of Taiwan Strait ties up with nationals’ interests. The motive for the dissertation is comprehended the crux of cross-strait relations correctly and discussed the solution by way of research on Taiwan’s Mainland Policy. There are three aims on the thesis. In the first place, de-structuring core ideas for Mainland Policy of head of state in the process of study and explain how to carry out. In the second place, analyzing the focus of Mainland Policy and its result with every different period between chief of state and see the differences with their angles of view. Lastly, realizing the effect on the structure of cross-strait relations as a result of the change in Taiwan’s Mainland Policy. And further, expounding the responses from Mainland China. On the other hand ,my study discusses U.S. cross-strait policy in a chapter because of its influence over two sides of Taiwan Strait. The key point is discoursed whole frame of U.S. cross-strait policy and its strategics which is based on three communiqués and TRA.
