碩士 / 南華大學 / 旅遊事業管理學研究所 / 93 / The purpose of this study is to investigate the relationship among service quality, service value, overall satisfaction, and loyalty of the recreation diving tourism. The data collected from the tourist who joined the tour with the recreation diving travel agency at kenting and kaoshiung. The process tool was SPSS for Windows 10.0, descriptive statistics method, factor analysis, T-test, correlation analysis and cluster analysis were used for data analysis. In addition, LISREL is applied to investigate the relationship among the latent variables.
The results of the study indicate that recreation diving tourism service quality have a direct significant impact on the service value and overall satisfaction. The service value and overall satisfaction were the mediators between the recreation diving tourism service quality and loyalty. In addition, the service value and overall satisfaction have the direct significant impact on the loyalty
