碩士 / 國立高雄第一科技大學 / 營建工程所 / 93 / The sewer system is an important infrastructure for a modern country, and is evaluated as a critical index of world competitiveness in the international society. Based on the preliminary estimates of this research, it is forecasted that the cost of Sewer House Connection Construction (SHCC) will approach one billion NT, if the goal of 80% wastewater treated is to be reached. The current critical problem is, based on the initial observation and interview conducted by this research, there is almost no scheduling and planning work for the SHCC at all. This research describes a statistical model developed to forecast the productivity of household connection-pipe activities. The model is a multiple regression model and based on data collected from literatures, observation and interview information on-site. Construction planners and managers could use the model to estimate the required work days for the SHCC in each lane and then to better plan the project schedule as it progresses.
