碩士 / 國立臺灣海洋大學 / 河海工程學系 / 93 / The system of remote controlled vessel for bathymetric surveys is combined with remote controlled vessel, total station and navigation integrated system. This survey technique is used for shallow water bathymetric surveys in river , dam and harbor by some survey company nowadays. It’s more economic and safety than traditional bathymetric surveys method, and is a better choice for shallow water topographic surveys. Due to the methodology and measure precision of this system are still not discussed in relative study. An experiment was conducted in Hydrodynamic Lab, NTOU to investigate the influence factors of this system’s error. The modify formula of location deviation is also proposed through analysis of the experimental results.
From the result of this study, it show that the deviation of elevation and location are proportional to the topographic slope and the speed of remote controlled vessel. To validate the correction of this modify formula, a random topographic model is made in the experimental basin, and is measured by the remote controlled vessel system. The measured data was further calculated by the modify formula. It’s found that the deviation of corrected data is smaller than measured data. It’s also proved that the modify formula proposed here is suitable for the remote controlled vessel system. The remote controlled vessel system discussed in this paper is worth to recommend to the practical work of shallow water topographic surveys.
