碩士 / 國立臺灣海洋大學 / 海洋法律研究所 / 93 / Marine insurance is important to an organization that owns a huge fleet .Coast Guard R.O.C is the pioneer in the area of marine law-enforcement in Taiwan .There are 211 patrol boats in Coast Guard R.O.C amounted to the end of 2004.This fleet can satisfy the desire of people in marine law-enforcement ,and the management of latent risks and its daily maintainance do really support the fleet to complete the mission .To avoid the disaster and other crisis seriously damage the fleet ,marine insurance is really important .
Institute Time Clauses-Hull 1983 is so called full damage clauses .With the appearance of Institute Time Clauses-Hull 1995 and International Hull Clauses 2003 ,the Assured have more choices then .This paper is focused on which clause is the most advantageous in Governmental Fleet Procurement ,and how we can use the Government Procurement Act .Expecting to find the best clauses and the the most advantageous way to procure.
