There are a lot of living sources in the great ocean. The ocean has its mobility and regeneration. As now the main issue for all the global community is to get the most profitable sources from the ocean and trying not to destroy its recycled ability. In order to solve the problem of our ocean, every country and regional united country has to make international and domestic laws to obey.
Base on the marine environmental protection, the thesis standardizes the angle of discussion from the international law. In United Nations Convention on the Law of the Sea, the Law of Prevention and the control of marine pollution and relevant regulation, probe into the current controversy of making the content and executive the measure of regulation.
By using the international ocean protected case to practice, probe into U.S.A. and Main land China’s practice as and legislative trend more, and by “M.V. AMORGOS” encroach right the compensation for damage case, it tries to explain the relation with the lawsuits jurisdiction court since it prove and it is comprehensive for the Norway court executive measure judgment issue and its execution.
In conclusion, from the point of view for the imperishable ocean resources, propose the perfection marine environmental legally protection system and strengthening the qualified personnel of maritime affairs. In addition, set up the ocean and specialize in the organ, establishing the goal of founding a state in the ocean of our country and continuously to develop our safeguard global environment.
