碩士 / 國立臺灣海洋大學 / 商船學系所 / 93 / Since the amendment （STCW 95 Code）of “ International Convention on Standards of Training, Certification and Watch-keeping for Seafarers, 1978；STCW 78 ” was into force, the marine-education was improved in accordance with the regulation of STCW Convention and STCW Code by all countries over the world. Though, we are not the member state of International Maritime Organization, the fundamental principle of our marine-education is to comply fully with the regulation of STCW Convention and STCW Code. But about the on-board training scheme that is the most important for the seafarer staff have not any improvement scheme tender.
For this reason, this study was aimed at the on-board training scheme regulated in the STCW Convention and the on-board training scheme of marine academy in the Great Britain, United States, Japan and China, etc. For the purpose of tendering the on-board training scheme of marine academy that will well suited for our custom and national needing.
