Besides has harms own and person of property danger other sea communication ships. It possibly already violated correlation of laws and regulations the International Maritime Organization stipulation and creates the perils of the sea accident the unfortunate occurrence.

Thus it may be known, must be able to prevent the perils of the sea accident artificially to drink wine effectively occurrence the factor. Essential from drinks wine the motive to carry on the thorough discussion first. Only then may achieve takes stopgap measures effects a permanent cure the effect.
