Study on Adsorption Behavior of Heavy Metal Ions onto Alginate Microsphere Prepared by Emulsification/Internal Gelation Method. / 乳化內相凝膠法製備海藻膠微球對重金屬吸附行為研究

碩士 / 靜宜大學 / 應用化學研究所 / 93 / Copper and lead removal from aqueous solution by alginate microbeads was investigated theoretically and experimentally this study. Ca-alginate microcapsules and microspheres were prepared by emulsification/ internal gelation method and the adsorption behavior were discussed. The saturation adsorption capacity were 123.46mgCu/g and 588.24mg Pb/g for microcapsules beads and 151.52mgCu/g and 769.23mgPb/g for microspheres beads . The adsorption of heavy metal Cu or Pb increased with increasing pH and reach a plateau value at pH 5.0. The experimental results shows that the microspheres beads prepared by Ca-alginate is an effective absorbent for treatmeant heavy metal ions in waste water.
