碩士 / 大仁科技大學 / 環境管理研究所 / 93 / Penaeus japonicus and Litopenaeus vannamei are two main breeds to be cultivated in Taiwan in recent years. Further study is required in what impact the ambient and food have on the change of their composition. This thesis first studied the changes of inorganic elements inside the bodies of P.japonicus and L..vannamei when they ate only natural organism and were not given any feed, and made comparison between these two shrimps in contents of inorganic elements. It is found that the contentss of calcium ions increased only in the shells of P. japonicus and L. vannamei while reduced in their bodies and internal organs with time of cultivation; the contentss of potassium ions increased only in the body of P. japonicus and reduced with time of cultivation in other parts of the bodies of P. japonicus and L. vannamei; the contents of magnesium ions reduced in the bodies of P. japonicus and L. vannamei with time of cultivation:To the trace elements, the contents of copper ions were found accumulated in the meat of P. japonicus and reduced with time of cultivation in the body of L. vannamei and in other parts of the body of P. japonicus; the contents of iron, manganese and zinc ions were found accumulated only in the shell and meat of P. japonicus and reduced with time of cultivation in the body of L. vannamei and in other parts of the body of P. japonicus; the contents of selenium ions was found more or less same in the internal organs of P. japonicus and L. vannamei and reduced with the time of cultivation in other parts of their bodies.
