accepted the orders. If the assigning centers of the orders belonged to the managing headquarters do not have a complete and flawless distribution system of the orders, it will cause a hard condition of the delay of the orders and the maladjustment of the production of every factories, not be able to satisfy the customers’ requirement of the order quantity and the delivery date
This study uses a systematic simulate way to construct the decision form of the distribution of the companies’ orders and considers using various ways of distribution the works to find the best combination of the allocation of the orders. The results showed significant improvement of orders distribution in all five categories of Dispatching Rules modes : Dispatching Rules by FIFO, EDD, CR, LPT and SPT.
