Using solid phase microextraction(SPME) combined with natural crab shell powder, chitin and chitosan to analyze and treat dyeing wastewater and detected the sulfur comopunds from the milk / 應用固相微萃取法結合蟹殼、甲殼素來分析及處理染整廢水和檢測奶品中的硫化物

碩士 / 淡江大學 / 化學學系 / 93 / In this study, we use solid phase microextraction(SPME) method as a sampling tool, then treat with the adsorbent of natural crab shell powder, chitin and chitosan, and gas chromatography to analyze the milk and dyeing wastewater. SPME is a rapid, simple, solvent-free and sensitive method of sample preparation. Therefore, SPME is widely used in various analysis chemistry territories. During milk be heated treatment, it will be produced volatile sulfur compounds which contributes significantly to the flavour of milk. Owing to the sulfur compounds is not easy to sampling, we used HS-SPME method to extract them. After the sampling, we inject the sample to the GC-Flameless SCD for analysis. The sulfur compounds were identified by comparing with the retention times of standards and were H2S, CH3SH, DMS, DMDS and DMTS. In sampling of dyeing wastewater, we used the mode of DI-SPME to study the pollutants of wastewater. For wastewater treatment, we also use the natural crab shell powder, chitin and chiosan as the adsorbents. Finally, to monitor the efficiency of wastewater treatment, we use GC-FID and the pollutants are identified by GC-MS.
