Using the global positioning system equipments have already been adapted by the consumers’daily life wildly. High technology equipments used by government or military are far behind the modern situation.
The general using Global Positioning System (GPS) and General Packet Radio Service (GPRS) information application on the location or logistic management system has been slow moved during the past decade. Like the tidal harbor vehicle secure monitor management, still not been used widely.
Using GPS/GPRS professional implement has been developed in many aspects but not apply on to the specification area fully. Take government part in the tidal harbor modern high technology to develop a Command, Control, Communications, Computers, Intelligence, Surveillance, and Reconnaissance (C4ISR) has significant contribution to general purpose decision support system(DSS).
This study will use the position database and spatial management model to establish early warning monitor control and surveillance (MCS) information system for improving tidal harbor vehicle to enhance operation and management efficiency.
