碩士 / 國立雲林科技大學 / 工業工程與管理研究所碩士班 / 93 / The physical distribution of vehicle dispatching plays an important role in the supply chain. In the same time, how to computerize the activities of dispatching is also an important part of commerce automation. The key points of dispatching activities are using vehicles effective and making the shortest route. It is also very important to deliver goods in the shortest time.
The vehicle problems are NP-hard problems. Most approaches for solving the vehicle problems are heuristic which are easy to find the local optimal solution. The analytical framework of this research is based on the decision support system and Simprocess simulation. In this thesis, we take Chen Da Transportation Corpration as the case for our study. We use Simprocess to simulate the real orders, and take advantage of these orders to test the performance of our dispatching strategies.
Finally, through the simulate tests, we have conclusions: Use the Cluster-first/Route-second method can save cost , deliver time, also can reduce the idle rate of truck. It also increase the satisfactory of staff and customers. If can settle how to share the cost to build a warehouse in Taichung port, Yunlin Bao Zhong and Tainan Guan Tian, that will reduce the time to wait to batch order and delivery time.
