碩士 / 國立雲林科技大學 / 空間設計系碩士班 / 93 / This study is focused on at the coast area in Yunlin County and discusses the necessity and the feasibility of landscape regulation to rural area by type control. The steps are as follows,
（1） Analyzing the eisting situation along the coast area in Yunlin County;
（2） Examining the current relevant laws and regulations in Taiwan, and thus discussing their validity to the rural area in this area;
（3） Investigating the appearance of the traditional house in this area and then analyzing the architectural typology;
（4） Formulating the tet and drawing of Type Control;
（5） Testing and evaluating the feasibility of the regulation;
This research is to discuss the necessity and the feasibility of type control to the rural area landscape regulation, to establish a foundation of landscape regulation, and thus to develop a characteristic rural landscape.
