Abstract：
The establishment of the financial holding company, which has the greatest influence on domestic financial industry’ management strategy development, the financial services and the service diversification, then which also causes the domestic financial ecology to have the tremendous change, and become the finance market development mainstream. Besides, the government impels a succession of financial innovations, its goal is to promote domestic financial institution competitive ability and the management achievements; then to reflect on the transnational financial group's competition.' But the financial holding company in order to survive under the competition intense environment, all take advantage of team members’ capability ,integrate multiplication financial services, positively develop the new business, then expands the market share and raise company’s profit.
Therefore, this research make use of the SWOT analysis to do all-round analysis at Taishin Financial Holdings Co.,Ltd. And use its framework to simulate the strategy of Taishin Financial Holdings Co.,Ltd. Afterward it use management though of nowadays to simulate the strategy "the blue ocean strategy" the analysis tool and framework of Taishin Financial Holdings Co.,Ltd. Finally, this research hope the result can make.
This research is implemented by case study. In the Fourteen financial holding company, Taishin Financial Holdings Co.,Ltd was chosen as the target for the reason of its use unique management strategy and M&A ability, jumps the property scale second of the domestic financial holding company.
