碩士 / 國防大學中正理工學院 / 造船工程研究所 / 94 / The ocean environment is very complicated and unpredictable. The research on underwater flow field has become an important topic within the engineering research field. In order to have a better understanding about the physical characters of submerged body in the underwater and simulate how the flow field change while the submerged body is in the movement status, this thesis takes submarine as a research topic and adopts the “Dynamic moving mesh techinique” to study the underwater flow field of submerged body under the influence of free surface effect. In addition, to complete the simulation of turbulence flow field, which is widely adopted in engineering field, would be employed in this thesis. For the simulation of submarine motion, the dynamic mesh technique would also be implemented in this research. When submarine moving, mesh around the body would be regenerated and the flow properties on the mesh, which would used for the initial condition at present time step, recalculated by interpolating the flow properties embedded on the mesh of the previous time step. The calculating method mentioned above has been proved having a certain level of practical usage. It can be applied to calculate the underwater flow filed for various underwater vehicles and submerged body, furthermore, this can also be used for military purpose and science studying.
