碩士 / 長庚大學 / 醫療機電工程研究所 / 94 / Current guiding system for dental implantation needs complex CT imaging data retrieving reform of 3D images and expensive rapid-prototyping plating technique. To overcome the above problems, development of innovative 3D dental implantation from Tomo-radiographic examination is mandatory. The techniques needed are :「Development of a 3D Surgical Navigation Guider Using X-ray Images For Dental Implantation」「development and localization of guiding hole for dental implantation from dental model 」 and 「computer- aid 5 axis fabricating system for dental guiding template 」.Main works are : Design of guiding model before Tomographic examination by SolidWorks, rebuilt of 3D dental model from localization points or lines in Tomographic films, design of dental implantation orientation from 3 D dental model , development of computer- aid 5 axis fabricating system for dental guiding template, and finally drilling hole by using this system. After development of the above systems, 3 clinic applications have been tested for the validation of system, Results showed computer simulating results were compatible with clinic results, and time needs for manufacturing guiding template was about 4 hours. This technique depends on plain Tomo- X radiographic examination to avoid complex and expensive CT imaging data retrieving , reform of 3D images, and rapid-prototyping template-fabricating technique. What is more, dentist may fabricate guiding template easily for single or limited dental implantations by himself under the aid of this innovative system .
