碩士 / 大葉大學 / 國際企業管理學系碩士在職專班 / 94 / Expatriate management becomes a more and more important issue in recent years because of the reformation of Mainland China. There are more and more employers going to CHINA with the improvement of political and economical environment A plenty of Taiwan companies face the problem about how to select train, and support expatriate. Employe job satisfaction cause to great companies, therefore this study focuses on the relationship between organizational commitment leadership style and job satisfaction. We discover that strong organizational commitment and high leadership style do affect Job satisfaction.
