The promotion of organizational image will create the competitive advantage for organization, however, the critical point of success for organization depends on the people we have. Recently, in order to recruit great people and create most additional value, industries pay much attention to people-recruiting and put a lot of efforts on it. Moreover, how to obtain a person who can make additional value and full of energy, creativity and competitiveness, and how to attract high quality, high potential manpower for promoting recruiting effectiveness, are the challenge for all industries today.
The goal of this research is to discuss the relationship among organizational image, recruiting channels and recruiting effectiveness. The recruiting effectiveness is measured by organizational socialization degree. We use Pilot-recruiting results from Singapore Air Force and Republic of China Air Force as research samples. Through questionnaire investigation and statistic analysis, we made our own conclusion as below:
1. The level of organizational image has remarkable influence on organizational socialization degree of recruiting effectiveness, and also influence on five level of socialization which are history, language, human relationship, organization goal and value, and effect proficiency.
2. Different recruiting channels have remarkable differentiations for organizational socialization degree of recruiting effectiveness.
3. The level of organizational image, recruiting channels option, and strength level we adopt have certain influence on organizational socialization degree of recruiting effectiveness.
