Few to PCB research documents of Shan-hai at present, and we also lack of the subject about environment factor, management strategy, management strategy and performance.
On the basis of the above description and understanding of research background and research motive, We can probes into the Taiwan trader PCB manufacturer deeply in management performance of the area of Shan-hai with enterprise's environment factor and management strategy. Therefore , this research will discussing the following subject:
1.Which environmental factor will influence the Taiwan trader's PCB industry in Shan-hai?
2. How is the impact on environment factor to the management strategy in Taiwan trader's PCB industry?
3. How is the impact on environment factor and management strategy to the management performance?
According to the research we can find out the following results ：First of all, When making the enterprise's management strategy purchases and supply at the local facility、reduce the prime cost and develop difference products we must fully grasp the change of the environment factor and adjust the strategy police at the right time；And after analyzing the relationship between environment factor and management strategy, we can find that they are very closely； And we also can promoting our competition advantage and management performance by purchases and supply at the local facility, reduce the prime cost and develop difference products.
