碩士 / 佛光大學 / 管理學研究所 / 94 / The government concerned in Taiwan pays full attention to the development of tourism industry, especially for the eastern part in Taiwan, for all the beautiful landscapes and scenic spots. Hot spring in Taiwan is one of very precious natural resources, and, as for the hot spring in the eastern part of Taiwan, Jaiosi Scenic Area is the most famous.
I wish the proprietors of the hot-spring hotels would take the end results and suggestions of this investigation as the material reference, so I search into the motive, visitors’ social economy background and accommodation situation for tourists and analyze the diversities between the check-in-and-out and the diversities between the satisfaction and dissatisfaction.
In this research, I choose ”K. Hot Spring Hotel ” as the subject and use the method of questionnaire in internal sampling as the data information, including analysis of variance, factor analysis , important-performance analysis(I.P.A.), T-test and X2 test. The conclusions are as followed.
