碩士 / 義守大學 / 管理研究所碩士班 / 94 / By utilizing data envelopment analysis (DEA), this study estimated the operating efficiencies among the homogeneous storage management units of military logistics and analyzed the differences between two whole years of their organization adjustments. Frontier statistic system, variant analysis and catching-up efficiency (CIE) were employed to analyze the relative data efficiencies of four storage management units from 2004 to 2005. Results revealed that non-efficiency was attributed to resource distribution and un-adequate operation. Moreover, employment and room of storage were affected towards the receipt of military goods, the volume of distribution and working time. However, how to change and improve the working efficiency of employee is a critical factor on customer satisfaction. Hence, adequate resource distribution is a great aid to the improvement of efficiency.
