The Effect of Leadership Styles and Motivation System on the Job Satisfaction of the Air Base Logistic Personnel / 領導型態、激勵制度對空軍基地後勤人員工作滿足之影響

碩士 / 立德管理學院 / 科技管理研究所 / 94 / We examine the influences of leadership, motivation system of organization and personal variables on the job satisfaction of the air base logistic personnel by questionnaires. In order to provide reference for logistic airmen and dramatically improve efficiency of management and availability of facilities, we propose advices and results in this paper. The result shows: 1.The working environment and job styles positively affect the job satisfaction of the air base logistic personnel. But this job satisfaction doesn’t concern about the age, scholarship, marriage, rank, position, service time, performance and personal motivation. Therefore, in order to accommodate with trend, the supervisors should change leadership styles when facing various type of subordinates, environment and professions. Additionally, the supervisors should try to improve the atmosphere in the office and to explain the assignments in detail to reduce the resistance of subordinates in time. 2. The job satisfaction of employers is also obviously differentiated with leadership and motivation system. This research indicates that a supervisor could relatively improve the job satisfaction of logistic personnel on base when he adopts “innovation participating and concern-leading” leadership style and “social or material type” motivation system.
