One is the exhausted traditional fossil fuel, the other is the appearance of the Greenhouse Effect has deteriorated. The main reason for the Greenhouse Effect is the fossil fuels in burning become carbon dioxide, therefore it is essential for us to develop clean and recycle energy. Today Taiwan belongs to the island country. Since it is lack of fossil fuel, it almost import from foreign country. Consequently it applies the Wind Energy with clean and no pollution for assistance will lesson to rely on using traditional fossil fuel at the present time. If Wind Resource in Taiwan and its coasts can be used and exploited properly, they are helpful for domestic resource diversity and autonomy.
The purpose of this paper is to estimate Wind Energy Analysis for applying photos, piling photos, information integration and find out the greatest potential district by providing Wind Speed Information and GIS of CPA, in order to work out the setting numbers of wind energy machine and calculate its annual benefit, then estimate its cost, economic, environment benefits and provide the political suggestions. Thence the effects will also provide the government organization as the tragedy of planning energy or for those who investing Wind Power.
