碩士 / 銘傳大學 / 管理學院高階經理碩士學程 / 94 / In order to have the everlasting foundation in a business, many companies exam their own capabilities and overseas investment advantages to invest in proper oversea markets that have the right production scope. As the result, many businesses have been doing business internationally and have been globalized. However, there are also problems and challenges of uncertainties, investment risks, operational management, and etc in oversea environments. Therefore, how to choose the right mode to enter the market, estimate the integration of value chain activities to raise the outcomes of oversea operation are key subjects of today''s businesses.
This research has tried to use Dunning''s compromise theory and foundation to develop and discuss how the ownership advantages, key elements of location, internalization advantages, and network link affect the ways of entering into the market and how the coordination mechanism dependent relationships affect the integration of value chain activities of a corporation. And, the research uses an individual company, which has factories in both Mainland China and Vietnam, from telecom and telegram industry in Taiwan as subject for real life research.
After the comprehensive interview of this research, the result as follows︰
1.The company''s own network link, key elements of locations, ownership advantages and internalization advantages, has the positive effect for 100% own oversea investment.
2.The company''s dependencies of coordination mechanism has the positive effect to its integration of value chain activities for the individual oversea investment company.
3.The company uses 100% own oversea investment has the positive effect to Integration of value chain activities.
