碩士 / 國立成功大學 / 系統及船舶機電工程學系碩博士班 / 94 / The application of the image processing in ocean engineering have a long history and a lot relevant studying that the image is dealt with, this text will discuss the image processing application in nearshore wave.
This proposes to develop a feasible image analysis of nearshore wave property,we set up the instrument on Chi-Chin battery,and we will photograph and measure the park of Chi-Chin that nearby coast, and then we utilize the active contour model and coordinate transformation method on this image to get the distinction of this shore.
According this low cost analysis of image, we analyse the wave image between the duration of summer monsoon and typhoon at the Chi-Chin Coast Park. In this two different case, we can obtain the track image and the data of wave, as wavelength, wavehigh, wavespeed, location of wave breaking, and etc.
