A study on the factors influencing the productivity of Sewerage House Hold connection construction / 污水下水道用戶端施工生產力干擾因子之研究

碩士 / 國立高雄第一科技大學 / 營建工程所 / 94 / The sewerage system is an essential infrastructure for a modern city. According to the Statistical Yearbook of Construction and Planning of Taiwan and Fuchien Area 2004, apart from Taipei (69.2%) and Kaohsiung (35.3%), the connection percentage of sewerage system is merely 12.5%, which is lagging far behind with developed countries, such as Germany (90.5%) and England (90.0%), and even lower than Indonesia (69.0%), and Korea (61.0%). Therefore, the government has promoted the public construction of sewerage system strongly in recent years.
The percentage of sewerage connection and the construction quality are often influenced by occasional events or environment factors which will cause the whole crew to stand by, and influence the construction, even delay the construction progress.
Based on the data collected from relevant literatures, observation and interview information on-site, 22 influence factors of sewerage household connection-pipe are found out and divided into 3 major types.
With expert questionnaire to professional constructors and engineering consulting firms, the research discusses the occurrence rate and the influence degree of influence factors that will affect the sewerage household connection-pipe construction.
Finally, make use of a simple triangular distribution to predict possible influence degree of all influence factors, and analyze the risk of uncertainty of each factor.
The conclusions of the research are listed as follows.
Influence factor (listed by influence degree): 1. change order (18.91 hr/time); 2. move pipeline (15.52 hr/time)
Influence factors (listed by occurrence rate):1. water pipe moved by oneself (0.27 time/day); 2. other affairs (0.19 time/day)
Risk of influence factor (listed by degree): (1)front-lane braced excavation, (2)back-lane community controversies, and (3)original pipeline moving. The quantification of influence factors can help constructor adjust construction duration and evaluate the construction risk before bidding.
