globalization, the enterprise is practicing the Gobal configuration of the value
chain according to Law of Comparative Advantage. This action, could create
the value added 30-50﹪in cargo, the keypoint of gobal logistic management, is
the major goal to establish the free trade port zone in Taiwan.
At first, This research is in comparion with the differentiation between
free trade zone of foreign and free trade port zone in Taiwan and seeks to from
freight forwarder perspective and used the structural equation modeling (SEM)
to examine the effects of logistic operation service factors ,goveronment policy
factors and political and economic environment factors on freight forwarder’s
ability of global logistic operation service. The empirical results show that
logistic operation service factors positively influence forwarder’s ability of
global logistic operation service, results indicate that freight forwarder must
establish the service differentiation in order to avoid the delima in Competitive
Convergence; political and economic environment factors positively influence
forwarder’s ability of global logistic operation service, results indicate that the
steadable of political and economic environment are the most important factor.
