碩士 / 國立屏東科技大學 / 工業管理系 / 94 / This study discusses cost structures on logistics industry to formulate a decision model for low-temperature goods. Different cost components are systematically categorized and linked with cost motivation at the based-cost analysis in formulating the decision model. Using operation disbursements and batch levels, several scenarios were designed to simulate logistics problems in terms of costs variations, outsourcing factors and decision alternatives at the transportation perspectives. Since the model developed in this study embodies a function of evaluating cost minimization, the implementation results either application outcomes or analysis methodology provide decision criteria for low-temperature goods business and creates a new spaces for the studied field.
