碩士 / 國立臺灣海洋大學 / 航運管理學系 / 94 / In recent years, our country sea transportation business has been rapid growth, at the same time having radical competition. To enhance the corporation and tighten the efficiency of Shipping and Transportation Management Educations, the domestic school must cultivate the profession modern managerial in sea transportation. After Taiwan joined the WTO, we foresee the competition in this flied within domestic and oversea were getting more radical, further more when negative impact was brought by new competitor, in future the competition within each university is getting worst, it make the running and operation of the business getting more difficult.
NTOU is now providing an open education environment to prevent the flow of student, and to reduce the tension of reforming. NTOU is adjusting the develop strategic, to enrich operation performance and stimulate higher education standard level, arming to reach the outstanding achievement and build up the feature of the department, by taking this step, hopefully it attract more people to study this course.
This research is referred to the Strategy Map and Balanced Score, by using the Case strategic management and performance evaluation, through the searching of theories and practical practice, we are looking for a new dimension of strategic performance measurement for Non-profit Organizations (STM) as future consideration system.
