碩士 / 國立臺灣海洋大學 / 系統工程暨造船學系 / 94 / The purpose of this paper is to calibrate and establish a five hole pitot rake measurement system for three dimensional velocity field , and to calibrate the
measurement of the pressure fluctuation on ship stern.
The calibration of the five hole pitot tube rake is performed in NTOU MidCavitation Tunnel. The calibration procedure is separated in vertical and
horizontal two plans. The calibration curves are obtained by using 4.5m/s velocity, and some different velocities are also used for check. When thevelocity is below 3m/s, the viscosity effect is found. However, the influence is
limited. Besides, during the calibration, the maximal calibration angle is 20 degree in vertical plane, and is 30 degree in horizontal plane. A method is derived to extend the range of the calibration curves in vertical plane to 30
degree by using the calibration data.
A calibration test of propeller induced pressure fluctuation is also performed in this paper. It is found that the result obtained by NTOU Large Cavitation Tunnel is similar to that of HYKAT, and that the degassing time will
influence the result of the pressure fluctuation obviously.
