Management of fisheries and conservation of the aquatic resources, its decree rule , civil official's system , economic policy have already taken shape in ancient society and politics of China, and the course accumulated, eliminating through the long-term, develop gradually, became a characteristic part of Chinese fishery and marine culture. Fishery attitude and characteristic of managing etc. as for era, primitive first era Chin, Chin to will it be the Northern and Southern Dynasties the Jin Dynasty Wei, from Sui to these three periods of end of Ming Dynasty, all have its one's own historical backgrounds , and have difference each other.
Criticize of a text and analyses China's ancient fishery management system through history in this research, the summary was as follows finally:
First, the ancient fishery of China manages, regard prior to the fishing and hunting economy of agriculture as the historical background originally, so related to fishery resource child care , production and management ,etc. document, with first the most intact in era Chin all. But as agriculture rises, the economy of land-based area becomes the subject , fishery begins to make the transition as the sideline production of agriculture, coastline far away from capital, fishery satisfy degree that pay attention to difficult to compare with former times.
Second, China's ancient fishery management system , forming of the theory , behavior, the non- single factor forms , special natural environment , early-maturing social and technological civilization, and it is the political system of the value to maintain big country's scale, are all influence factors.
Third, fishery's management is originally risen by the Yellow River Basin, but it is in the areas to the south of the Yang-Tze River to really succeed , this kind of change no doubt results from congenital climate, the result that but form when go through for a long time turbulently.
Fourth, except that Yuan, Ming two face ancient times in China, outside official side's indiscreet and negligent fishery, have not reduced the mental and physical efforts thrown to fishery into from start to finish among the people, this is history that China goes through lonely too, set up the characteristic that special fishery manages and manages gradually, and even the origin cause of formation of the marine culture of fishing township.
