碩士 / 國立臺灣海洋大學 / 商船學系所 / 94 / This research with the analytic approach of documents and individual's maritime practice suggestion for many years, and consult the coast of U.S.A. and defend the team and teach the perils of the sea to search for the technology of succouring in Taiwan, in addition, individual patrols administration's service experience in the sea, grind and analyse the current perils of the sea of our country to search for various kinds of disappearances succoured, offer the relevant should succour to search for harding and place improved of perils of the sea in the future of organ of our country.
Discuss how to strengthen the perils of the sea to search for the technology of succouring , it is directed against ships and light boats while carrying out and rescueing the difficult work live that the ones that adopt face, must have a chat and solve waves , walrus' theory in advance while demanding to participate in rescueing difficult personnel, and is good at using some simple and effective technology , improve and rescue difficult success rate at sea , avoid the brave but ignorant action, but may cause and rescue difficult personnel or victim to lose the life .
It is difficult besides succouring and leaving sea personnel to rescue at sea, should also respect Chinese after shipping dies in an accident to sink with the relative , desire most ardently and recover or see the compliment of relative's corpse, this research offers some new-type Hi-Tech equipment surveyed under water, expect the government to study and purchase, use to strengthen and search for the technology succoured under water in the future.
